Changes to Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DW Packs Limited. Thank you for choosing us for your packaging needs. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the

following:

1. Orders & Payments

Payment validates your order. Orders are only processed once full payment has been confirmed.

Prices and availability are updated in real time on our website. Once you checkout successfully, your order is secured.

If you request changes after your order has already been processed and packed, a packaging fee may apply, and refunds will not be available in such cases.

2. Modifying an Order

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified.

If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed or packed.

Customized products are non-modifiable, non-cancellable, and non-returnable.

If modifications are possible after processing and packing, a packaging fee may apply.

3. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your goods upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. In such cases, payments will be recorded as store credit for future purchases. (Customized products are excluded).

To help us resolve complaints, customers must provide clear picture or video evidence of the delivered items.

Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, and the returned items must be in their original condition.

We must first receive and inspect the returned/rejected items before sending out a replacement or newly selected item.

Customers are responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred for returns or exchanges.

Refunds are not provided in cases where: the customer provides an incorrect address or phone number; the customer is unavailable to receive the order; the customer is unreachable at the delivery location.

4. Urgent & Express Processing Requests

Same-day delivery is available for Lagos orders confirmed before 5:00 pm.

Please note that delivery times are not fixed, as orders are often merged for dispatch.

If you require urgent delivery, we will prioritize your order, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Customers who wish to skip the queue for faster processing (sorting, counting, quality checks, and sealing) may request Express Processing at an additional fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate delivery details during checkout.

Be available to receive your order, or assign a trusted person to do so.

Notify us promptly if there are any issues with your order upon receipt.

6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on your location and the size of your package.

If needed, our team may contact you to:

– Inform you of any additional delivery charges (if applicable) to ensure your package is delivered smoothly.

– Provide alternative delivery options that may be better suited for the type or quantity of your order.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our operations, services, or policies.

Continued use of our website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to ensure smooth service, DW Packs Limited is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party delivery providers, customer negligence, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, logistics issues).

We are also not responsible for:

– Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

– Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

– Business losses, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
